Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is submitted, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you to print and attach to your return package.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place your Doll 10 products in their original packaging or a secure box to ensure they arrive back to our warehouse safely.

  Receive Your Refund

  After we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
